Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using this website or engaging Golden Auto Glass for any auto glass replacement or repair services. By accessing our website or requesting a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Golden Auto Glass
Golden Auto Glass is a locally owned and operated mobile auto glass replacement service based in Houston, Texas. We provide mobile windshield replacement, door glass replacement, back glass replacement, sunroof and panoramic roof glass service, and ADAS recalibration for all makes and models — including passenger vehicles, trucks, SUVs, vans, work trucks, fleet vehicles, and semi trucks throughout Houston, Harris County, and surrounding areas. We are a fully mobile operation; we dispatch to your location and do not operate a customer-facing physical shop.

Scope of Services
Golden Auto Glass provides mobile auto glass replacement and related services including, but not limited to:
- Windshield replacement — all vehicle types including cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans
- Side and door glass replacement — driver, passenger, rear doors, and vent glass
- Back glass (rear window) replacement — including heated defroster reconnection
- Sunroof and panoramic roof glass panel replacement
- Quarter glass and stationary glass replacement
- Work truck, commercial vehicle, and semi truck glass replacement
- ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) camera recalibration options following windshield replacement
Service Availability
Services are available throughout Houston, Harris County, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, The Woodlands, Spring, Pasadena, Humble, Cypress, Conroe, League City, Missouri City, Baytown, and surrounding areas of Fort Bend, Montgomery, and Brazoria Counties. Service availability may vary based on technician availability, weather conditions, and distance. We reserve the right to decline service in areas outside our coverage zone or in circumstances where service cannot be safely or appropriately performed.
Scheduling and Response
We make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requested appointment time — including same-day and next-day availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, technician delays, or high demand, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised appointment time.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided by Golden Auto Glass are estimates based on the information you provide, including vehicle year, make, model, glass type, and any additional features (rain sensors, heating elements, ADAS cameras, etc.). Final pricing may vary if additional circumstances are discovered upon arrival — such as non-standard glass configurations, additional clips or moldings required, or ADAS recalibration needs not disclosed at the time of booking.
We will communicate any pricing adjustments to you before beginning work. You are under no obligation to proceed if pricing changes are unacceptable to you. All pricing is confirmed upfront before any glass is removed or installation begins.
For customers using auto insurance: pricing is subject to your insurer's coverage terms and any applicable deductible. Golden Auto Glass works with most major insurance carriers and will assist in the claims process; however, final coverage decisions are made by your insurer, not by Golden Auto Glass.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and successful mobile service appointment, customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle (year, make, model, trim, and any special features such as sensors, cameras, or heated glass)
- Provide an accurate service location — home, office, job site, or parking lot — and ensure the vehicle is accessible to our technician
- Ensure the vehicle is parked on a level, safe surface with sufficient space for our technician to work
- Remain accessible by phone during the appointment window
- Notify us promptly if you need to cancel, reschedule, or if conditions at your location change before the technician arrives
- Follow all post-installation instructions provided by the technician, including drive-away time guidelines
- Disclose any known pre-existing damage to the vehicle's glass, trim, or surrounding areas before service begins
Golden Auto Glass is not responsible for delays or complications arising from inaccurate vehicle information, inaccessible service locations, or failure to follow post-installation instructions.
5. Vehicle Condition and Authorization
By requesting service, you represent that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to arrange for auto glass replacement on that vehicle. You authorize Golden Auto Glass technicians to remove the damaged glass, install the replacement glass, and perform any associated work necessary to complete the installation.
Our technicians will note any visible pre-existing damage to trim, moldings, or surrounding vehicle surfaces before beginning work. Golden Auto Glass is not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical conditions present before service. We take reasonable care in all aspects of the installation process.
For ADAS-equipped vehicles: customers acknowledge that windshield replacement on vehicles with forward-facing cameras, lane departure systems, or collision avoidance systems may require recalibration to restore proper function. Golden Auto Glass will advise you of recalibration options at the time of service. Failure to recalibrate after windshield replacement may impair ADAS system function — Golden Auto Glass is not liable for ADAS system performance if recalibration is declined by the customer.
6. Lifetime Warranty
Golden Auto Glass warrants all auto glass installations against defects in workmanship — including leaks, wind noise attributable to the installation, and installation errors — for the lifetime of the vehicle ownership. This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, road debris, or vandalism after installation
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to follow post-installation care instructions
- Glass breakage or damage caused by vehicle accidents, weather events, or external forces
- Pre-existing conditions in the vehicle's frame, pinch weld, or body that affect installation quality
- ADAS recalibration if declined at the time of service
To make a warranty claim, contact Golden Auto Glass at (832) 516-5881. We will schedule a warranty inspection and, if the issue is covered, remedy the defect at no charge to you.
7. Payment
Payment for services is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods will be communicated by our team. For insurance claims, payment arrangements are handled in coordination with your insurer.
In the event of a disputed charge, please contact us at (832) 516-5881 within a reasonable time frame and we will work to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by calling or texting (832) 516-5881. We ask for at least two hours' notice when possible so we can offer the appointment slot to another customer.
In the event that a technician has already been dispatched and glass ordered for your specific vehicle when you cancel, a restocking or dispatch fee may apply. We will communicate any applicable fees before confirming the cancellation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Golden Auto Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to services provided or use of this website, including but not limited to loss of use, diminution of vehicle value, or property damage not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
10. Website Use
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials — is the property of Golden Auto Glass and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, or to attempt unauthorized access to any portion of our website or systems.
11. Privacy

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
